The Four Seasons content strategy was based on the brand and audience requirements identified through research and interviews with luxury travelers. The resulting site nomenclature and content expresses the understated elegance of the Four Seasons brand and speaks to target audiences in an appropriate, engaging manner. To support their ongoing content development needs, we provided Four Seasons with a set of annotated content templates that could be used as a master reference for content development.

The site won a Rebrand 100 Merit Award in 2006 and was a Design Interact featured "Site of the Week" in March, 2005.
